master plan

Outdoor Area

195 ha

This master plan reimagines the modern wildlife park as an immersive, sensory-rich landscape where animal welfare, human experience, and the natural environment are thoughtfully interconnected.

The park layout features interconnected zones including zoological sections, petting zoos, walk-through areas, a lion drive-through, conservation spaces, and a safari route. A standout addition was the introduction of sensory gardens, designed to engage visitors’ sight, sound, touch, and smell — offering a fresh way to deepen their connection to nature. The master plan respected the existing road network, topography, and native vegetation, minimizing environmental impact while creating spacious, enriched habitats that prioritize animal welfare and blend naturally with the landscape.

  • Process: Comprehensive development from functional layout to conceptual design and master plan, ready to move into detailed planning.
  • Integration: Holistic alignment of animal welfare, visitor flow, and natural landscape with minimal land disruption.
  • Innovation: Introduction of sensory gardens — a pioneering feature enhancing visitor engagement through multi-sensory experience.
  • Design: Nature-based, educational architecture focused on meaning, connection, and respectful interaction with the environment.
